Orders
Before your order has been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change the size or edit your shipping details. However, if the order has already been shipped, we are unable to make changes to your order. We kindly ask you to review the details of your order in the confirmation e-mail.
If you need to make amendments to the order you have already placed, please contact us immediately at concierge@juulsjuuls.com with your order number in the title.
Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide using secured and traceable shipping providers. The shipping cost is calculated at checkout and varies depending on the country of destination.
Germany & Belgium

Other EU Countries
- UPS Standard (3-5 business days, excl. processing time): €14,99
Non-EU Countries
- UPS Standard (3-5 business days, excl. processing time): €19,99
World
- UPS Standard (5–10 days, excl. processing time): €34,99
Duties & Taxes
All prices listed on the website include a value added tax “VAT” of 21%. Please note that all non-EU orders may be subject to country taxes and local duties. The prices at JUULS JUULS do not include any country taxes and local duties. You as a customer are fully responsible for those. We kindly ask you to refer to your local postal service for rates.
Returns
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the day you receive you order to start a refund. We kindly ask you to notify us at concierge@juulsjuuls.com and return your packages to :

All the items must be in original state and packaging to qualify for a refund. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a refund if there are signs of wear on the product. We will happily exchange unused/unworn products.
Please note that you are responsible for return shipping fees unless indicated otherwise by us. We will ship your item back to you for free in case of an exchange.
